STANDARD SHIPPING

Items are shipped from the Samyoga studio within 3-6 business days.
Select your shipping method at checkout. 

If you are in a rush, please get in touch with us at info@samyoga.ca and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

 

LOCAL TORONTO PICK UP 

If you'd prefer to pick up in Toronto, we can meet at Outpost Coffee. Select local pick up at checkout and we'll be in touch to coordinate a pick-up time. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

It is the responsibility of the buyer to cover any duty or customs charges that may occur for your shipment. 

International parcels can be delayed at customs

Great care is taken to ensure your package is shipped promptly and securely, but we cannot be held responsible for items that have been damaged or lost in the shipping process. Please contact us directly if you receive a damaged item or if you have yet to receive an item past the estimated delivery date. Our best efforts will be made to resolve any complication.

 

RETURNS

We sincerely hope that our handcrafted products live up to your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us directly info@samyoga.ca so that we can address your concerns.

We will process a refund or exchange if the item is returned within 5 business days of receipt. All items must be returned in original, undamaged and unworn condition at the buyer's expense. Returned items must be sent via an insured trackable courier. Once the returned item is received, your card will be credited for the original purchase price.  Items purchased at a discount are final sale and cannot be returned.
